When will my order be dispatched and how long will it take to arrive?

Your order will usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days.

Order Processing

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

Dispatch

Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 days (excluding Bank Holiday and Weekends). In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order promptly. Any exceptional delays will be advised on the website and by email.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched by Parcelforce on Express24 for UK orders and Euro Priority for overseas orders.

Please note that even though our couriers are working really hard to get your orders delivered on time, some goods that are marked as next day delivery may be delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries in Northern Ireland may take between 2 -3 days to arrive. 

Where possible we will ensure that we provide you with online tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery using our online tracking facility which can be accessed from the dispatch email we will send.
